The Enabling Success Progam is a one year program during which the participant will make a personal transformation in terms of strategic quality management and become a true serving leader for the team and the organization.

Next to the personal transformation, the program is aimed at taking the entire team to the next level and thus dramatically improve the organization's performance in quality and food safety.

What's Included

We want to ensure success of our students and this is how we do this.

One-On-One Mentoring

We have included 6 one-on-one, 1-hour mentoring sessions in the program. These ara typically connected to one module, but can be used at any time based on the student's needs.
Personalized Implementation Plan

Our unique approach allows our students to build their own, personalized implementation plan. One size does not fit all - taking into account organizational factors is the key to success .
Help When You Need It

You can discuss issues with fellow students, ask your mentor for help and even schedule additional one-on-one mentoring sessions if you need more assistance to overcome a problem.
