Weekly One-On-One Session

A weekly, 1-hour mentoring call is used to monitor progress, get help and clarification, take deep dives into topics and issues at hand.
Quarterly 360 Degree Feedback

A regular 360 degree feedback ensures valuable input to and a clear direction for the mentoring program. It is used to define and measure the key success factors of the mentoring program.
